What warranty do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive 3 month warranty on all our purchased renewed devices. For devices that have been repaired, we offer 3 month warranty on our screen and component repairs excluding liquid damage.
What does your warranty cover?
The warranty is linked to a specific device as identified by its unique IMEI or serial number and to a specific customer as identified by the records in our system. In the case of a repair, it will cover the original fault and for the part replaced or repaired. If additional faults occur, they will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. In cases or repair or purchase of a handset, the warranty covers hardware faults that aren't caused by damage or misuse by the user. The warranty does not cover: software, water damage, accidental damage, broken or smashed LCD, pixel loss. Accessories provided with a mobile phone or tablet purchase are not covered by the warranty.
When does my warranty start?
The warranty starts from the date that you purchased the item or the date the repair was recorded as completed in our system.
What do I do if my item develops a fault?
In the unfortunate event that your item develops a valid fault claim within the warranty period, please contact our customer services team on 01689 668888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will open a returns case for you and arrange a repair or a replacement product
Will the repair void my manufacturers warranty?
The use of our repair service may void your manufacturers warranty. If you would like to avoid this we advise you to take your device directly to the manufacturer.
