Repairs - Terms & Conditions



Repair Quote
The price which we quote for a repair is an estimate only. The price reflects the information given to us when a quote is requested. In some cases the original price quoted may need to be altered, this can happen for example if upon inspection of a device we find further faults which were not detailed in the original query. If a re-quote is required, we would contact you with the new price.

Repair Warranty
We provide a 90 day limited warranty (excluding liquid damaged units) on repairs we carry out. Liquid damage repaired units are covered under a 30 day limited warranty.

If your unit develops a fault and it falls within our 90 day warranty period, you will need to call is to authorise a return.
If the fault is related to the original repair, we will not charge you for fixing the fault. If there is a new fault with the returned unit we will contact you with a price if needed.

If a returned unit is diagnosed as beyond repair, there will be a fee of £9.99 plus postage to cover costs.


If a returned unit is found not to be faulty, return postage costs will apply.


Minimum Charge
Unlike other repair companies, there is no minimum charge unless a unit is beyond economical repair, in which case a fee of £9.99 plus postage will be payable.



Liquid Damage Repairs
Liquid damage repairs carry a 30 day warranty. Most liquid damage repairs are successful, but due to the nature of the damage there are cases where faults re-occur, or new faults develop after an initial repair.

Non Payment for Repairs / Unclaimed Units
Repaired units will be held for a maximum of 30 days, if payment is not received within this time we reserve the right to sell or recycle your device to cover costs.


This applies to units requiring re-quotes for which we receive no response, units deemed beyond repair and units which have been sent to us without paperwork or contact details.
